I purchased the MAMA sweatshirt as a Mothers Day gift. The item arrived very quickly. The shirt itself is a high quality brand and the embroidery is very well done.
There was a mixup in the embroidery color so I contacted April at Stitchworks who readily agreed to send another shirt at no charge. I cannot say enough about April’s professionalism in handling. Her only concern was to make her customer, in this case me, satisfied which she did.
